My name is Jada, and I’m a Jesus loving Christian, wife and mama of two sweet kiddos. I’m sure you’d like to know a little bit more about me before diving into my blog, so here we go!

About me

First, my last name is Foor – hence the two “o’s” in my blog name. I live in rural central Pennsylvania (about two hours from Pittsburgh) where my husband and I raise our babies and two dogs. We are lucky enough to live in an area surrounded by family, and we couldn’t be happier.

Before you ask, I do have a full-time job! I work in logistics for the Navy (as a civilian), and it is a hybrid job so I get to work from home about half the time. I’m also in the military – I joined the Air National Guard in 2015 and have continued to serve since. I wouldn’t be where I am without it, especially since it’s where I met my now husband haha!

I wouldn’t say that I have one single hobby, but I love having a creative outlet at all times. Lately I’ve been into crocheting and hand embroidering. They are great small hobbies for a busy mom like myself because I can put them down at a moment’s notice, and then pick them back up anytime! I may just create a post about these in the future. Aside from that, I simply love making my home and life better and easier to manage (yes, I consider this a hobby because it is so verrrrry satisfying when I successfully make a change to better my life!)

My Goal

Finally, I do NOT claim to be an expert on anything here. I am just your everyday mom and homemaker, sharing the things that work for me in this crazy thing we call life. If I can help someone save time, improve their own home or simply give them peace of mind with a relatable post, then I have done my job!
